In addition to developments, Vunani Properties has teamed up with listed Property Loan Stock company Hyprop Limited to create the Vunani Property Investment Fund ("VPIF"). The value of the properties is R670 million, and the fund is jointly owned by Vunani Properties and Hyprop. The BEE status of the fund is paramount to its growth. VPIF is asset managed by Vunani Properties.
In addition to to VPIF, Vunani Properties has other property investments valued at over R200 million.
